Try clicking on 'all mail' 'trash' or doing a search on the searchbar on the top left area. Sometimes email's are filtered or accidently moved.

Type persons name in "add a co-workers calendar" area. You will be able to see individuals calendar as busy or not. If you need to see their appointments, you must request them to give you access.
Make sure you are sharing with short name (Davenportal Login) for example share with echeadle@davenport.edu instead of eric.cheadle@davenport.edu Sharing with the long email address can make it not functional.

The system that sends this information to Dmail does not have a way to deal with employees that have more than one Title, Location or Department. Down the road will will add a primary indicator and we will fix these issues. No fix at this time.
